The Erie Express are happy to announce the signing of OL-Jaylen "BIG" Williams (Vermilion College) for the 2021 season. Jaylen begins his first season with the Express and will compete for a starting spot on the offensive line. 

Williams is a native of Youngstown, Ohio and earned three varsity letters in football from the academy for Urban Scholars High School. Williams played his college ball for Vermilion College where he earned All-Academic honors for his efforts in the classroom. 

Williams has signed to play Professional Indoor for the Idaho Horsemen of the AWFC

"Jaylen's film was very impressive. He has great size, great feet and most importantly, finishes his blocks. We stress to our offensive linemen not to pop and stop which allows the defenders to run free. Jaylen is locked onto his man from the snap of the ball and only stops on the whistle. His accomplishments in the classroom are as impressive as his performance on the field.
