GDFL National Champions

We wish to thank the Inglewood Blackhawks for the EXACT game they played. They were who we thought they were. EVERY bit as good as advertised. What an amazing team you have. Thank you again for a championship that will be talked about for years to come.

With tonight's 42-40 victory in the GDFL National Championship game, your Erie Express finish the season a perfect 11-0 and are THE GDFL National Champions. There are SO many people to thank so that will come at a later time but we want to give a quick shout out to each and every fan that showed up tonight and helped root us on. You were our 12th man tonight and you delivered!! A promise was made a few years back....tonight we delivered on that promise. We know that Tyler, Coach Vic and Miss Kim are looking down with the biggest of smiles right now. Thank you again to all the fans and people behind the scenes that help us do what we do. It wasn't easy but nothing in life worth having ever is.
