WR-Corey McWilliams named Wide Receiver of the Year for 2019 season

Congratulations to WR-Corey McWilliams (Mercyhurst University) on being named Erie Express Wide Receiver of the Year for the 2019 seson. Corey played a major role in our second straight appearance in the Xtreme Conference Finals. For the season McWilliams finished with 47 receptions for 948 yards, 13 touchdowns and 8 2pt conversions.
Corey finished the GDFL Regular season ranked second in the nation in receiving yards (592), touchdowns (11), third in the nation in receiving yards per game (84.6). During the playoffs Corey led the league in receiving yards (169), second in receiving yards per game with (84.5). For his efforts Corey was named GDFL All-Pro for the 2019 season.
