2x All-Pro DB-Jameel Hall-Porter back in action for 2023

The Erie Express are pleased to announce the signing of 2x All-Pro DB-Jameel Hall-Porter (Vermillion Community College) for the 2023 season. Jameel begins his second season and is a returning starter in the defensive rotation.

This past season season we were crowned USA Bowl Summer Division National Champions, won our Division in the GDFL for the fourth year in a row and qualified for the GDFL National Playoffs for the seventh year in a row. In January of 2023 we headed to Daytona Beach, FL to face the Minneapolis Warriors in the USA Bowl Summer Division National Championship Game. Although last season was Jameel's first season with us he is no rookie to the game. Jameel has played for the Northeast Ohio Silverbacks where he was twice named All-Pro. He also played for the Canton Pitbulls and helped to lead them to the PAFL Championship game.

Jameel played his college ball for Vermillion Community College where he was a two year starter and helped lead them to the Juco National Championship.
