The Erie Express are pleased to announce the signing of OL/DL-Jared Wayman (Edinboro University) for the 2022 season. Jared begins his first year with the Express and will look to earn a spot in the starting rotation on the offensive or defensive line.

Wayman is a graduate of Athens, HS where he was a 3yr letter winner and helped lead his team to the NTL Championship in Region 4. Wayman played his college ball at Edinboro University where he earned his degree in education and is currently a teacher in the Erie School District.

"We are happy to have Jared on board with us. He is a committed proven winner with great size and ability. He is a very intelligent young man and is excited to get back on the football field. We feel he will be a great addition to our team and look forward to seeing what he can do in an Express uniform"-Director of Operations Paul Pennington.
