All-Pro DB-Marlon Tyree returns for 2022

The Erie Express are happy to announce the return of All-Pro DB-Marlon Tyree (Slippery Rock University) for the 2022 season. Marlon begins his third season with the Express and is a returning starter in our defensive secondary. 

Marlon had another amazing season for us last year and played a major role in our 2021 GDFL National Championship and 2022 USA Bowl Summer Division National Championship. 

Tyree is a graduate of Cathedral Prep High School in Erie, PA. While there he was a 4 year letter winner in football, 3x All-Region, 3x All-District and was named 1st team All-State his Senior year. Marlon played a huge role in the Ramblers 2012 PIAA AAA State Championship. In addition to football Marlon was a multi year letter winner in Basketball . Tyree played his college ball at Slippery Rock University.
