Scarabino Lands Milestone in Rookie Season

Congratulations to QB-Joey Scarabino (Notre Dame College) on being named the Erie Express Most Valuable Player of the Year. This award is voted on by Joey's teammates and coaches. In addition to this team accolade Joey was also named Offensive Player of the Year as well as the Erie Express Offensive Rookie if the Year.

In addition to these team accolades, Joey was also named GDFL All-Pro for the 2023 season.

Joey finished his rookie season accounting for 777 yards of total offense. Passing the ball Joey was 34/58 569 yards and 6 TDs. He hauled in 11 receptions for 150 yards and a pair of TDs and added another 58 yards and a TD on the ground.

Joey was named Offensive Player of the Week 3x during the 2023 season.
