OL Bishop Simmons signs contract with CIF

The Erie Express are pleased to announce that OL Bishop Simmons (Edinboro University) has signed with the Salina Liberty of the CIF. The Liberty were CIF Champions last season and look to defend that title with the help of Bishop.

Bishop joined us at the mid point last season and played a major role in our winning our fourth consecutive division title and qualifying for the GDFL National Playoffs. 

"When Bishop signed with us I asked him what his plans were, what he wanted out of this. His response was he wanted an opportunity to go pro. This is an amazing opportunity for him and we are very happy to have helped in making it a reality. He is a fierce competitor with a champions mindset and ability. He will fit in very well in Salina."-Director of Operations Paul Pennington.

 We have a great relationship with Johnson Athletic Scouting and never hesitate to work with them. Several of our players have signed and won championships at the professional indoor level. We are grateful for their efforts and look forward to continuing our partnership with them.
