Congratulations to LB-Mike McKinnon (Berean Institute) on being named GDFL All-Pro for the 2021 season. This is Mike's 7th time earning All-Pro status. Mike had one of his best seasons in a Express uniform on the field but his efforts off the field were equally impressive. Mike was selected by his teammates and coaches as a captain and served in that capacity at an All-Pro level as well.

This past season Mike finished second on the team with 62 tackles, recorded 13 tackles for loss for -71 yards, 9 sacks, 2 fumble recoveries, 3 pass breakups and a touchdown.

"Mike has done an amazing job for us every season. He leads by example and produces at a high level. He was in on so many big plays this year. When applying pressure he demands a double team which only frees up one of our other play makers. He does  a great job of keeping the defense in check and lifting the play of those around him. We appreciate Mike, all he has brought to our team and all he is as a man. This award is always earned and never given.
