ERIE EXPRESS WR-NIJAY KELLY SIGNS WITH ALABAMA BEAVERS

The Erie Express are pleased to announce that WR-Nijay Kelly (West Virginia University) has signed with the Alabama Beavers of the International Football Alliance.

Nijay left us early last season to sign with the Ozarks Lunkers Arena Football Team. The Lunkers are members of the Arena League.

Nijay played a part in our 2024 TPFL League Runner up finish and 11-2 overall record.

"Nijay is a great competitor and his hunger to succeed should be used as motivation for all. We were sad to see him go but beyond happy for the reason he left. We encourage all of our players to pursue their dreams. We are very happy for Nijay and are rooting for him to succeed"-Director of Operations Paul Pennington.

Nijay's contracts with the Lunkers and Beavers are the  86th and 87th professional contracts signed by an Express player. If you think you have what it takes to advance your career to another level, we would love to have you on board with us. When you shine, we shine. Our roster is not limited to Erie alone. There is no reason you cannot put on for your city while playing in ours.
