EXPRESS ADD SIZE AND POWER IN DEFENSIVE LINEMAN JZAWAN OVERTON

The Erie Express are pleased to announce the signing of OL/DL-Jzawon Overton (Taft, HS TX) for the 2025 season. Jzawon begins his first season with the Express and is expected to compete for a spot in the rotation on the defensive and offensive lines as well as special teams.
Jzawan did a great job for us last season and played a major role in our PAFL playoff appearance.

Overton is a graduate of Taft High School in San Antonio, TX. There he was a member of the football team earning a pair of varsity letters.
"Jzawan came a long way last season and we are excited to see what year two holds. He proved himself to be a guy we could count on regularly and made some big plays for us. We are blessed to have him back on board and are expecting a breakout season from him in 2026"-Director of Operations Paul Pennington.
