EXPRESS ADD QB-JOHN DeCORTE FOR 2026

The Erie Express are pleased to announce the addition of QB-John DeCorte (Dominion, HS) for the 2026 season. John begins his first season with the Express and will compete for a spot in the rotation at quarterback.

John is a graduate of Dominion High School where he was a member of the football and baseball teams for the Titans. John earned 4 varsity letters in football and served as a team captain his Senior year.

John had an award named after him and is now awarded annually. The John DeCorte Award"

John attended our open tryout and impressed the coaches with his release and touch on the long balls.

"John has been doing a great job so far. He drives almost 5 hours every practice to be here and that speaks volumes to his commitment to the team and his craft. We like what we have seen so far and look forward to watching John improve and fine tune.
