The Erie Express are pleased to announce the addition of All Pro OL-William Barry (Newcomerstown, HS) for the 2021 season. William begins his first season with the Express and looks to earn a spot in the starting offensive line rotation. 

William has played professionally indoor for the Burgh Defenders and PA Union both of the AAL. He has also played for the Columbus Fire, WPA Wildcatz, NEO Predators, Lorain County Nightmares and Ohio Gladiators. Barry was named All-Pro in the 2019 PAFL season.

William saw his first action in an Express uniform last Saturday versus the Pittsburgh Saints and played a major role in our 42-0 victory.

"William is a nice addition to our offensive line rotation. He has the ability to play multiple positions. He maintains a pro attitude during the game, understands the rotation and accepts coaching. All attributes we look for in a player. We are very happy with what we saw last Saturday and are blessed to have him in an Express uniform"-Director of Operations Paul Pennington.
